I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. We'll send a reset link from [email protected]. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

In the game, go to Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete Account. You'll confirm your password, and your account and synced data are removed from our servers. See the privacy policy for details on what deletion covers.

Purchases

Gems can currently be purchased only in the iOS app, through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchased gems are credited to your account, so you need to be signed in to buy them, and they follow you to every device you sign in on. If a purchase went through but the gems didn't arrive, close and reopen the app while signed in; pending purchases are delivered automatically. If they still don't appear, email us with the address on your account and roughly when you bought them, and we'll make it right.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reporting a bug

Email us a description of what happened, and include if you can:

• Your platform (web browser, or iPhone model) and, on web, which browser.
• What you were doing when it happened (for example mid-battle, or opening a pack).
• A screenshot, if the problem is visible.

Reporting a player

You can report or block a player directly from their profile or from a direct message. Blocking takes effect immediately. Reports are reviewed, and repeated abuse leads to account action.

For parents and guardians

Aether Chronicles is for players 13 and older, and the game doesn't create accounts for anyone younger. If you believe your child under 13 has an account, email [email protected] with the account's email address or username. We'll delete the account and its data and let you know when it's done. You don't need to prove the child's age to ask.

Beta testing (TestFlight)

If you're playing an early build through Apple TestFlight, you can send feedback directly from TestFlight (take a screenshot, then tap Share Beta Feedback), or just email us like everyone else. Beta builds may reset or change without notice.
